Schuyler Erle has been involved in Free and Open Source mapping and GIS over 15 years. Among other activities, he helped found the OpenLayers project, the OSGeo Foundation, and the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team. He has worked on open mapping and data projects for UNICEF, the World Bank, the New York Public Library, the US Library of Congress, and Planet Labs. Schuyler is currently working with Buendia to support MSF in their efforts to combat Ebola in central Africa.
