Thomas Skowron is an OSM contributor, member of the German Local Chapter FOSSGIS and developer of several tools for working with OSM data. He is head of programme for FOSSGIS Conference 2020.

He consults businesses on the use of OpenStreetMap and implements software and process solutions. His passion is the adoption of vector tiles and pipeline based data processing.
