Tõnis is a freelance GIS+IT consultant focusing on integrating spatial data into existing or brand-new information systems. He holds a MSc in human geography and after having almost failed his only GIS course in university, as a twist of fate he now has 15 years professional experience with spatial databases and web services development from private and public sector institutions. An avid lover of FOSS solutions and OSGeo charter member since 2017. He is currently based in Tartu, Estonia.
